Well, we made it. The lunatic year of 2016 is under our belt now, and in just 20 days the wild and crazy ride will begin.
You know, supporting and aiding a prisoner is what the Jews call a mitzvah, a good deed one commits purely for the virtue of it, to store up merit in the treasury of heaven as the Catholics would say. Every one of you should be helping at least one White man or woman who has been dragged into the mangling machine.
Bill White is not the only prisoner I support. I want to mark this new year by laying another address on you, that of an elderly man of my own Movement generation who gave his life to the 14 Words and who is going to die in prison for his trouble.

It is difficult to convey what one single letter can mean to a man in prison. Part of his punishment for whatever the dictatorship says he did is that he be buried alive like a fly in amber, forever isolated from the real world and above all forgotten. How many of you even knew that Dennis Mahon even existed until you heard me mention him?
Every letter that a man in prison receives chips away at that hideous sentence of oblivion pronounced on one of us by a political gangster in a black robe. In writing such a letter you are striking a blow at the dictatorship that has destroyed all our lives.
Do it. Write to Dennis today. Let him know that the lingering death he is dying for all of us is known and that we give him our hearts even if we lack the courage to raise our hands. That much we can all do for this man. - HAC
