Freedom's Sons

The fifth Northwest independence novel, Freedom’s Sons, may now be downloaded in its complete version of Prologue, all four sections, and Epilogue from

The completed manuscript is 3.67 megabytes, 363,000 words and 756 pages in length. Let me explain that this is what might be called the semi-final draft or penultimate version. There will be one more editing and revision of the complete manuscript on my part prior to actual book publication. I am not sure quite when that will occur, but hopefully it will be within a few months’ time.

I am releasing this version via the internet now in order to ensure that the completed manuscript does in fact begin to circulate, even if only in a samisdat, semi-final form, in order that the dictatorship cannot suppress the book by suppressing me in some way. Paranoia on my part? Possibly. But in view of the fact that as of November 6, 2012 this country officially became a totalitarian state, I don’t feel like taking chances.

This work is copyrighted, but anyone has my permission to use this book in any form or manner which will advance the cause of the Fourteen Words of David Lane, although if you’re planning on a fancy web site or something of that kind you may want to upgrade it in a few months with the final version.

How can I send you some money to cover yuletide. I know you've not asked for it but a few beers etc are the least you deserve for your complete commitment to our cause.

Thank you for some great reading pleasure over the years with your Northwest novels, Harold. Your idea of a homeland in the Northwest has been given a solidity it could never have attained with daily lectures or thousands of formal essays. I have said many times, and I believe strongly that these books will have an influence far beyond the number of copies sold. A possible bright future for our people has been clearly envisioned and will motivate men to act to bring it about as the position of our people becomes ever more dire.

May Harold be our prophet of self-salvation and not our Cassandra warning in vain of our demise. Harold has done his part, he has laid the template. The doing part is ours.

Is Freedom's Sons the last Northwest novel, or are you planning to write more in the future?

Never mind. I finally figured it out. A five year old could have figured it out sooner.
