The Northwest Novels

Hi, guys:

Okay, we have a lot of new people on the list. I mean, a LOT of new people. So just a reminder:

Everyone on the Northwest Revolution list should have read all four of the Northwest independence novels, or at least be familiar with their contents. This is not just an author stumping for compliments on “Gee whizz, yur a grate writer, Hurrold.” These books are not really fiction per se, they are political and strategic polemics that contain all kinds information that you need to know.

You can order the books themselves from Amazon.com or Barnesandnoble.com or Alibris.com (the latter will probably give you the best price break.) Or, if you don’t mind reading on a computer screen, you and download the novels for free from:

Thank you for the link, Mr.Covington. Proper PDFs sure beat the mishmash of text files I'd previously managed to scrounge from various odd 'net sites, and I was never able to get A Hill of the Ravens before now.

Quite an interesting read on your ideal society and a great 'whodunit' to boot!
