A Lynching In Mannheim
Mannheim (Germany) February 15, 2007 - Judge Ulrich Meinerzhagen today imposed a five year prison term on kidnapped historian, researcher and human rights activist Ernst Zündel for Holocaust denial.
Judge Ulrich Meinerzhagen, who at every point during the proceedings deprived Ernst Zündel of his basic human right to defend himself with documentary and forensic evidence, behaved very oddly during the show trial's proceedings. The judge actually seemed at times to be guilty of Holocaust denial himself, as defined by the deranged German penal code.
On January 12, 2007, Meinerzhagen conceded with regret that no forensic reports existed to prove the Holocaust gas chambers. Scholars have gone to prison in Germany before for saying and writing less than that.
On February 2, 2007, Meinerzhagen declared that the precise numbers of alleged Holocaust "victims" could never be established, which is odd, given the oficial figure of six million which has been drummed into our ears over the generations.
On February 9, 2007 Meinerzhagen declared that the "victims" of the Holcaust amounted to one million, thus "minimizing" the Holocaust and denying the official figure of six million dad Jews.
Also on February 9, 2007, Meinerzhagen confirmed that in cases under the infamous Paragraph 130 of the German Penal Code on Holocaust denial, evidence in favor of the defendant was not permitted. ("Beweisverbot") Neither was the defendant allowed a trial by jury.
Ernst Zündel himself commissioned the first forensic report on the so-called gas chambers of Auschwitz and Majdanek - later known as the Leuchter Report. Thus, when Zündel claimed that no gas chambers for mass extermination in Auschwitz ever existed, he referred to existing forensic evidence. Despite the fact that the court could not provide any forensic expertise proving that the so-called gas chambers existed, Judge Meinerzhagen refused to allow The Leuchter Report to to back Zündel's arguments as evidence.
Depite the fact that Judge Meinerzhagen claimed that the total number of "victims" of this mythical event amounted to one million (thus denying five of the required six million) and that the real numbers of "victims" could never be established anyway, he convicted Ernst Zündel for minimizing and denying the Holocaust.
Curiosity question: does Meinerzhagen's persistent and odd reference to one million "victims" instead of the hitherto de rigeur six million signal an Orwellian "rectification" of the figures on the part of the Holocaust industry? Could it be that Revisionism is finally making such a dent that the industry is having to quietly flush some of its more bizarre and outrageous claims down the Memory Hole?
Also, for non-Germans, I would like to point out that in Germany "Meinerzhagen" is generally recognized as a Jewish name, just like Cohen and Greenbaum would be over here. Apparently, Iraq isn't the only country that believes in "trials" which simply hand a scapegoated person over to their tribal enemies for "justice."
