First NPA Postage Stamps

Greetings, guys:

Comrade F. C. has come up with a custom-designed, genuine 37-cent United States postage stamp that can be used on our correspondence, Christmas cards, etc. They're $16.99 for a sheet of 20, so they're kind of a novelty item, but still...this is the kind of initiative we need to see!
